Inspection: Tuesday 3rd March 10am – 4pm and morning of Sale from 9am
Terms: Strictly CASH, BANK CHEQUE or FUNDS TRANSFER ONLY
Deposit: A cash deposit of $500 or 10% (whichever is the greater) is required on
the fall of the hammer on each lot.
Payment: Payment of all Accounts Must be finalised by 4pm on day of sale
Note: 7.5% (+GST) Buyer’s Premium applies
GST: Sale Conducted on a GST EXCLUSIVE basis
Catalogue: Full Auction Catalogue available on Monday 23rd February 2009
OH&S: Covered Footwear MUST be worn on site, All OH&S rules apply, Children
under 12 NOT permitted on site
The use of certified equipment harnesses, work platforms etc will be required
for any work carried out above 1.8 metres.
Clearance: All lots to be removed by 4.00 pm on Friday 6th March 2009
Delayed Availability: Sideloaders, Forklifts & Yard Crane will NOT be available
for collection until 12 Noon on Friday 13th March 2009
