ABSENTEE BIDDER FORMS
Sydney Auctions welcomes absentee bids if you are unable to make it on the auction day.

Due to the location and lack of telephone reception at some of our Auction Clearing sales we are unable to hold online or telephone bidding.
Please ensure that you fill out the absentee in full including Lot number and description as per the Catalogue.
A buyers premium will apply to each item sold and this will be advised on the catalogue.
Depending on the Auction, there may be GST applicable to some items or some sales.
All Items are purchased on a “Sold as is” basis and as such the vendor (or it’s agent have no warranty obligation.
The Title to the the items sold does not transfer until such time as payment has been received and receipts issued.
PLEASE NOTE: if you are the successful bidder on an item / s then you will need to arrange pick up and delivery of the items in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale.
